These guidelines ensure that every student receives the attention, structure, and consistency needed for a real breakthrough.

 

💻 How Online Sessions Work

On the day of your session, you will receive a reminder message with:

• A private link to join your live lesson

• A personal replay link to review the session afterwards

 

Sessions take place in a secure online environment and may be recorded to support your learning.

✔ Recordings are private and only accessible to you
✔ You may choose not to be recorded at any time

This allows you (or your child) to revisit the lesson and reinforce progress between sessions.

 

⏰ 1. Starting Time

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you expect to be late, please let me know as soon as possible.

• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time

• Late arrival does not extend the session

This helps maintain flow and fairness for all students.

 

🚫 2. Missed Sessions

If you are unable to attend a session:

• Please notify at least 1 hour in advance

 

Without prior notice:

• The session may be considered completed

• Rescheduling or refunds may not be possible

 

Consistent attendance is essential for your progress and breakthrough.

👉 Repeated missed sessions (more than 3 per year, including intake) may result in discontinuation of the program.

 

💳 3. Payment Policy

Your session or program is confirmed once payment is received.

• Payment must be completed at least 6 hours before the session

Without confirmed payment, the session cannot take place.

 

🔄 4. Rescheduling

Life happens—and flexibility is part of the process.

• Sessions can be rescheduled with timely notice

• You may also choose to continue with your next scheduled session

We’ll always find the best way forward together, while maintaining consistency.

 

👩‍🏫 5. In Case of Tutor Absence

If I am unable to conduct a session due to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Technical issues

• Power outages

You are guaranteed:

✔ A full rescheduling of your session
✔ Continuity of your program without loss

Your learning journey will always be protected.

By participating in the Language Breakthrough Program, you agree to these guidelines.

These agreements are here to support a serious, respectful, and effective learning experience for both of us.

 

If these conditions don’t align with your current situation, this program may not be the right fit at this time—and that’s completely okay.
